Let's face it. We've all had this feeling in some way. Whether it's problems at home, school, work, or in my case being out of work and permanently broke, sometimes you've just got release all the stress and tension this way.

Does it feel good? Is it a long-lasting cure? That, my friends, is up to the individual.
