Lady Winifred character design

I've been meaning to draw, or re-draw (?), Lady Winifred ever since she came on the NY entertainment scene several years ago with Didi Panache in "The Lady Winifred and Didi Show" (formerly, The Screw You Revue). I even helped her out on her short-lived public-access television program "The Midnight Kiki".

Her last known appearance was during NYC Fringe, and while the reception was about average, even with a live band backing them, I feel that somehow, somewhere, in a small flat in Harlem, Lady Winifred is there planning and plotting her next course of action for local fame and glory.
