Melissa (rough drawing)

I have been meaning to draw Melissa from the Planet Dolan series for the longest. I think I did a pretty good job of this. I was afraid it was going to be a bit of a challenge since she is a bird character, and I wouldn't be able to get the wing-hands just right. Last time I drew a bird was Iago from Aladdin, and that was just copying construction lines. Also, I like the expression on her face as I've cast her as a lab tech running tests on the pre-civilized daemonite Hellbent who had just crossed over into Planet Dolan's world, with assistance from Nixxiom. This was seen in my attempt at a Planet Dolan fan-fiction. Then I realized that Ladybot wrote all the fanfics.
